As a community, our collective dues help maintain our roads and road facilities to keep them safe and passable for motorists and pedestrians.
The Board of Directors has voted to allow flexibility in when and how you pay your dues. You can choose from any one of the following convenient payment schedule options.
Single Annual Payment Payment of $450/lot due in full February 28th of each year.
Two equal Bi-Annual Payments First payment of $225/lot due February 28th, Second payment of $225/lot due August 30th each year.
Quarterly Payments Equal payments of $112.50/lot due February 28th, May 30th, August 30th, and November 30th of each year.
Checks should be made out to "AMWPOA" and can be mailed to: AMWPOA, PO Box 1511, Front Royal, VA 22630
If you prefer to pay online you also have the option of submitting your payment though PayPal. Please send your payment directly to INFO@AMWPOA.ORG via PayPal.
Fees are subject to adjustment in accordance with the Community By-laws and as voted upon by the community.
Remember, the current annual dues of $450 is per lot owned, if you own two lots the annual dues are $450/lot x 2 lots = $900, etc.
