Apple Mountain West Property Owners Association Board Meeting July 26, 2021

Also, residents Tom Oliver, Liz Hall and Adam Hall were in attendance.

The President called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM

Treasurer Report

• Checking Account $10,875
• CD $57,526
• PayPal $0
• Loan $52,411

Action Items from 5/22 Meeting • John & Jared issue letter Blicharz concerning Lien DONE • Jared send AMW Bylaws word document to Jen to add new county codes.
Since Jared’s reformat wasn’t able to be updated Liz Hall will retype the document in Word for Jennifer. • John to follow up with lawyer White Needs follow up • Sandy & Jen to send letter to pass due accounts. ONGOING

Roads • Issues on Applewood left side. Since there are 3 lots right now are for sale traffic has been a problem. Tom and the Halls would like the board to look into cost of fixing the condition of the road. John reviewed Milling vs Tar and Chip and is meeting with our contractor to look into the best solution and cost.

Old and New Business • The board needs to review the idea of discount the fees for owners that have multiple lots. • Grace is going to work on a newsletter to be posted to Facebook and sent with regular yearly mailings.

New action items from 7/26 Board meeting • Sandy to send info to Jared for, Brown , Meyers and Seabolt for issuing liens. • Impact invoice for Wyrick $6,000. • Grace to email draft of newsletter August 16. • Jared to update website with Minutes and Meeting dates. • John to talk to USPS about building a cover for the boxes
