The President called the meeting to order at 9:07 am

• Billing, Treasurer & Secretary, Jennifer & Sandra

Meeting Dates • Board meeting every other Month on Mondays at 6:30pm, July 26th, Sept. 27th, and Dec.6th. • Annual meeting November 6th 10am, location TBD, Church or Fire House. • Can we change the Annual Meeting to September 2022 and have it outside?

Roads Committee • To prevent future issues with new construction driveways, the committee will review all proposed driveways • The board agreed to pay Absolute the difference between their proposed price and the increase in material cost of Tar since their proposal.

Action Items • Jared will track down Kyle to obtain website passwords • John & Jared issue letter Blicharz concerning Lien • Sandy send Final Blicharz invoice to Jared • Jared send AMW Bylaws word document to Jen to add new county codes. • John to follow up with lawyer White • Sandy & Jen to send letter to pass due accounts.
